All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  Returns Policy

- To return an item you must call us at 325-692-6436 or contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of shipment.

- Returns must be shipped to the warehouse address provided on the RA#. 

- A returned item must be in the original packaging as it was shipped and in new, sellable condition.

- We make every effort to make this site helpful and accurate. On occasion product styles may differ or change from the image provided by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that a product will exactly match each image, so it is important to verify the product description before purchase. 

- Products returned for reasons other than defects are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

- Several garment styles and large sizes, as well as custom or special orders, are not returnable.

-   You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping

Processing time it varies, it will normally take 24 to 72 hours to process your order. Excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipping.

Shipping costs are based on weight of the order and how far your location is from our shop in Abilene, Texas.

All Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground unless requested, we can ship via USPS but free shipping will not apply, 3-Day Select, or 2nd Day Air to the United States only.  Additional charges will be added as incurred.

Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.

We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather or other issues out of our control. 


UPS Ground:
 Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 2-7 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from one of our warehouses.

3 Day Select: Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 3 Day and arrive in three business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipping.

2nd Day Air: Selecting 2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order 2 days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships. It will take 2 days.

Back Order: We will first contact the customer to provide you with feedback and options. Some times we may have an item on back order. No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at our expense.

Outside the USA: We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the USA.

Custom Embroidery Orders: Embroidery orders require 7 to 10 additional days before shipping.
